Back at the fabulous Freedom Leisure Complex, the popular indoor Heated pool sprint-distance triathlon in the Forest of Dean.

Great events for beginners or for more experienced athletes looking to start or finish the season off with a short & friendly race.

Indoor heated pool, secure transition, flat run. Finishers medal for everyone.

Sprint - 400m pool swim, 23k bike, 5k run

Olympic - 750m pool swim, 40k bike, 10k run

​​Event will start from 8am, registration from 7am. Individual wave times will be sent out a few days prior to race day.
